14-Day Exchange Timeline
You are eligible to exchange your purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and sent back with all original tags and packaging intact.
Product Exchange Process
If you wish to change your product (for size, color, or a different design), you can send it back to our return address. Once inspected and approved, we will dispatch your requested replacement article.
Delivery Charges
Please note that all delivery charges for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer. Shipping fees from the original order and return shipment costs are non-refundable.
